Psychotherapist
CA
I'm a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults and older adults using a client-centered, strengths-based approach. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported, just as you are. Whether you're facing a big life change, feeling overwhelmed, or just trying to find your way again, we'll work together to uncover what's already strong within you and move forward from there. You don't have to do this alone. Let's take it one step at a time. My approach My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and centered around you. I believe that people do best when they feel safe, respected, and truly heard. That's what I aim to create - a space where you can be yourself without pressure or judgment. I work from a client-centered and strengths-based perspective, which means we'll explore what's already strong and resilient in you, even during tough times. I adapt my approach based on your needs - sometimes we may talk things through, other times we may use practical tools to help with emotions, stress, or decision-making. Progress doesn't always mean big changes overnight. Often it's about small shifts that build over time. I'll support you in setting goals that feel meaningful to you, and we'll move at a pace that feels right for where you are now. My focus I work with adults and older adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about their next steps. Many of my clients are used to caring for others, but find it hard to care for themselves. Some just need a safe space to talk and let it all out that's okay too. I provide a calm, supportive space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your strengths. Together, we'll set realistic goals and work toward feeling more grounded, clear, and self-compassionate. My communication style My communication style is calm, thoughtful, and approachable. I am to create a space where you feel comfortable speaking openly, taking your time, or simply pausing when you need to.
