Hello, I'm Sabrina Veronica. As a licensed mental health counselor in Texas and Ohio, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life's challenges and find healing. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and addiction, and I believe in a holistic approach to mental health that integrates mind, body, and spirit. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and transformation. I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Florida State University and my Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Franciscan University of Steubenville, OH. Since 2016, I have been dedicated to helping clients through various challenges. I am trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and the Instinctual Trauma Response Model (ITR), among other treatment approaches. Currently, I am expanding my knowledge by learning about Functional Nutrition and its application to mental health needs. My background in Christian formation is extensive, having received training from Lifestyle Christianity University, Franciscan University, the Spiritual Direction School in Clearwater, FL, and spending eight and a half years in a Catholic religious order. This rich experience allows me to bring Christian values into our sessions, offering a unique and holistic approach to counseling.
