The stressors we face in our everyday lives can have a tremendous impact on our emotions, mood, and overall health. In times of uncertainty and despair, we must be able to rely on healthy and effective coping skills to manage the many challenges placed upon us. What you may or may not know is that you already possess some of those skills but may need a little support to help discover them. I specialize in women’s issues and have over 8 years of experience working directly with women of all backgrounds at various stages of their lives. Whether you are a college student struggling with the transition to the next stage of your life or a single or married mother balancing home and career, we all could use a little extra support during difficult times. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space that allows for transparency, healing, and understanding. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University, Chicago, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively. Through active listening and therapeutic techniques, I strive to empower every client by focusing on their strengths and developing new skills to meet their goals. At the moment, I am only able to see clients via telehealth; however, I do expect to have an office location soon.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
