She also explores how past experiences, often from childhood, may influence your current experiences and actions. Her treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. In her spare time, Sabrina enjoys gardening, traveling, yoga, meditation, attending cultural festivals, concerts, and Broadway plays.
