Sadie Rojas, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
Hello! My name is Sadie Rojas, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #124083). I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from California Baptist University. My approach to therapy is to listen and create a judgment-free space for you to heal or grow, leading to a life of happiness and good health. My approach While I can have a more eclectic style, my foundation is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT challenges thought patterns that impact the emotions and behaviors of an individual. My focus I primarily see individuals aged 13 and up. I also work with couples and families. My communication style My style is to create a comfortable space where clients know they will not be met with judgment. Ultimately, I want my clients to feel safe, heard, and comforted so that I can guide them toward growth and healing. My journey to mental healthcare While it may seem cliché, my reason for becoming a therapist is rooted in a passion for helping others. Everyone has their own experiences of pain, trials, and tribulations, and I want others to know they do not have to face that journey alone. My goals for you I collaborate with my clients to set goals that do not feel overwhelming or daunting but are hopeful and achievable. My first session with you During the first session, I use the time to gain better insight and clarification about the reasons you have sought support. However, I also hope the space allows you to get a sense of my approach and decide if you feel we can build rapport together.
