I have over 23 years of experience working with adults and couples. I specialize in working with client’s struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transition, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are at crossroads in their lives, feel stuck, in a routine that no longer serves, them, but are unsure of how to make changes. I find immense joy in helping people find solutions and a sense of well-being who feel lost, overwhelmed, and in pain. Watching clients make transformative changes, rediscover their self-confidence, and approach life’s challenges with both courage and curiosity is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. I utilize multiple modalities including hypnosis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic techniques.
