I am an open and non-judgmental person who will work with you to help you get to where YOU want to be in your life. I specialize in, but am not limited to, depression, anxiety, codependency issues, strengthening boundaries, addiction and substance abuse issues, and grief work. Maybe you’ve been struggling for years, maybe only a few days, or maybe you just want someone to listen and help you clarify a few things. Wherever you are in your life, I will meet you there. It is imperative to understand where we are in our lives in order to get to where we want to be. I hold a Master of Science degree from Mercer University in Macon, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively on your journey.
