I have 25 years of experience, 2 of which were done in the clinical setting, and I have helped individuals come into a place of spiritual, mental, and physical rest through an approach to counseling that encompasses the whole person; mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to help all clients overcome whatever they are struggling with in their life. We start with the basics and then I look to find what the root of the problem is so we can remove it and plant something better. All aspect of the person, mind, body and spirit are considered in the journey toward wellness. I believe in the dignity of humanity and I also believe that all people should be treated with honor and respect.
