Getting to know Sam Moglen

Welcome, I'm Sam Moglen, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy for individuals throughout California via online sessions. If you're feeling overwhelmed by grief, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, you don't have to navigate it alone. Therapy can help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more at ease in your daily life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and attuned to your nervous system. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, and nervous system-based approaches to help you process difficult experiences and shift patterns that no longer serve you. Rather than just talking about problems, we'll gently work with both your thoughts and your body's responses so you can experience lasting change, not just temporary relief.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe healing comes from honest conversation and connection. In our work together, we’ll focus on exploring your unique story, uncovering what may be holding you back, and building on your natural strengths. My style is warm, curious, and collaborative—I don’t provide quick fixes but instead walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and move toward growth.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
