Psychotherapist

I believe therapy works best when we meet you right where you’re at. Each session is shaped around what you bring that day, whether it’s working through challenges, adjusting goals, or simply having space to process. Because life is always changing, our work together can shift and adapt as your needs do. My focus is on creating a supportive and flexible space where we work side-by-side to help you move toward the growth and goals that matter most to you. My approach My approach to therapy is supportive and flexible. I often use humanistic therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but I’ll adjust depending on what feels most helpful for you. Sometimes that might mean using a psychodynamic approach to better understand patterns from the past, or a more solution-focused approach if you’re looking for short-term, goal-oriented support. At the heart of it, I’ll meet you where you’re at and work with you in a way that fits your needs and goals. My focus I primarily work with adults between 18 and 60+, including older adults, helping those dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to create a collaborative, understanding space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. My communication style I create a warm and calming environment in my sessions. I aim to meet you where you are, helping you feel comfortable and supported from the start. I sometimes use light humor to ease tension and build connection, and I work collaboratively with you to navigate any areas of discomfort. Overall, sessions with me feel safe, relaxed, and welcoming, so you can focus on exploring your thoughts, feelings, and goals at your own pace.
