What should a new client know about working with you?

Family is incredibly important to me. Having grown up in a military family and later marrying into the military community, I understand many of the unique challenges and transitions that military life can bring. I also know how important it is to cultivate meaningful connections, hobbies, and outlets that bring joy, fulfillment, and balance to life-something I strive to encourage both in my own life and in the work I do with clients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and empowered to be your authentic self. Together, we will explore the challenges that have brought you to therapy, uncover patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build on your strengths to help you move toward meaningful and lasting change through modalities like CBT, DBT, IFS, and EMDR. I believe every person has the capacity for growth and resilience, and I am passionate about helping clients develop the insight, skills, and confidence needed to navigate life's challenges and create a life that feels aligned with their values.
