What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy is that you are the expert on your life. I believe that my role in your journey is to assist you in recognizing your strengths and helping you to manage the parts of your life that bring up difficult emotions and spark challenging conversations. I believe in sitting with you in the "suck" and walking with you as we work on reaching your goals. It is important to me to create a safe space where we can grow and foster change in meaningful ways. I know that asking for help can be difficult and I am honored to be a part of your decision to change your life.
