My goal is to create a compassionate space that integrates practical tools with meaningful growth and healing. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who brings a strengths-based, relational approach to therapy, shaped by my background as a middle school educator and diverse clinical experiences. I’ve supported adolescents, adults, couples, families, and aging populations through challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, anger, self-esteem, codependency, and women’s issues. My training includes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I tailor treatment using evidence-based modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. My clinical foundation includes work in juvenile detention, private practice, adult PHP/IOP programs, and adolescent residential care, giving me a broad and compassionate perspective in supporting healing and change.
