Hello and welcome. My name is Sametris. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix. I have been providing mental health services in the community and prison/jail settings for about nine years. I have worked with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, anger issues, family and relationship challenges, life changes, and grief. My experience also includes supporting individuals with schizophrenia and borderline personality disorder. Additionally, I have helped people dealing with addiction issues and histories of trauma and abuse.

I am a listener. Many times we want to be heard. When we can verbally express our thoughts and feelings we are one step closer to identifying our needs. I believe in growth, self-betterment, and change. I care about the well-being of people.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
