Better Sleep Technologies was created solely to address the insomnia epidemic that may affect as many as one-third of our population at any given time and has been exacerbated by the advent of Covid-19. BST is unique in that it fuses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness techniques to not only address insomnia behaviors but also the thoughts and beliefs that perpetuate this condition by delivering evidence-based coaching solutions for our clients. Coaching is delivered virtually through either one-on-one or group sessions, with additional components focusing on other factors that contribute to a good night's sleep, such as diet, exercise, and stress reduction. Our proprietary programs are customized by patient type, so each program is tailored to the particular demographic of the participants. Better Sleep is focused on democratizing sleep and providing palpable and timely results. Our holistic program was designed specifically to allow clients to complete the entire training protocol by investing one hour a week over eight weeks, enabling them to get on with their lives and reap the benefits of a good night's sleep as quickly as possible. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and a Bachelor's degree from Hofstra University, which inform my approach to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care through Better Sleep Technologies.
