I am Sandra, an LPC licensed in New Jersey with over 25 years of experience in health-related fields. My experience began as a teenaged clerical assistant in a pediatric office, which led me to pursue a BA in Psychology, certification as an EMT, MA in Counseling Psychology, and certification as a School Counselor. These experiences have facilitated assisting a wide range of individuals with a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, relationships, health changes, and emotional changes, in both English and Spanish. The individuals I have worked with have sought support to achieve their best self and happiness. I have learned the best way to provide support is to meet individuals where they are and tailor interventions to them. My therapeutic base is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness, incorporating other modalities to address goals and needs.
