My approach to therapy is collaborative, client-centered, and tailored to each individual. I use evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Positive Psychology. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, identify what’s getting in your way, and build strategies that support your growth and well-being. My intention is to encourage you and walk beside you as you gain insight, challenge yourself, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I will immediately work to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. I will get to know you better by learning about your journey, unique experiences, strengths, values, current challenges, and the goals you hope to achieve. Through this process, we will begin to build the rapport and trust needed for meaningful therapeutic work.
