My approach I utilize a client-centered and humanistic approach, along with therapeutic modalities such as TFCBT, IPT, EFT, Gottman techniques, and Seeking Safety. My focus I work primarily with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My client-centered approach aims to create a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and work toward your personal goals. My communication style While we work together, I provide a safe space for you to be vulnerable and communicate your needs. My role is to be supportive and empathetic during this healing process. I believe in maintaining an overall balance of mental, emotional, and physical wellness. My motto is to Be Still!
