What should a new client know about working with you?

I'm so happy our paths have crossed! My treatment style is very dynamic and interactive. I don't just listen. I offer feedback and homework assignments when indicated. I am big on teaching you practical strategies, and I try to make sure that you leave, even our initial session, with information regarding a new coping skill. I know what it's like to struggle with the curveballs that life throws at us. When appropriate, I will share parts of my own life with you in an effort to help you along your journey. I want to create a safe environment for you to seek support in. Sit back from the comfort of your own home and let the process begin. This is a no-judgement zone.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session will involve me listening and offering feedback. We will talk about what matters to you the most and what you want to work on. You'll most likely be sitting at home in some comfy clothes with a cup of tea or coffee in hand. My priority is making you feel safe in a judgement-free zone.
