I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and adults as they navigate trauma, mental health challenges, and life transitions. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing space where young people feel heard and understood. I use evidence-based approaches such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Play Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, and I work closely with each client to develop healthy coping skills and make meaningful, lasting changes.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My compassionate and individualized approach helps my clients learn to manage their emotions, set realistic goals, and build a hopeful outlook for their future. I am dedicated to empowering people to feel stronger and more confident on their journey toward healing and growth.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
