Congratulations! You’ve already done the hardest part- starting. Navigating today’s world can feel overwhelming to say the least and you deserve a space where you can breathe. I specialize in working with trauma survivors and individuals with ADHD, helping you make sense of your experiences with compassion, clarity, and practical tools for change. I'm a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and trained in EMDR. Through my career I've trained to work in intensive trauma environments and often helped people experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. ADHD and trauma are both deeply impactful and widely misunderstood, often shaping your choices, relationships, and self image. Healing isn't getting rid of pain, it's increasing your ability to tolerate it through safety, understanding, and recognizing the strengths you already carry.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is “come as you are.” Whether you’re feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected, or unsure where to start, our work begins where you are. Therapy with me is collaborative and individualized, offering a space to make sense of your experiences, gain perspective, connect with your strengths, and find tools that work for you to support growth and change. I have an eclectic and integrative approach, using several different therapy interventions based on your specific needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

If you're interested in learning more, I offer free 15 minute consultation calls. If we're a good fit, we move to schedule and intake session to start meeting. Individual therapy sessions are typically 53-60 minutes long.
