Beginning therapy can be an overwhelming process, so I'm here to help you through it. I cater my approach to each individual client because each person is unique and will need different things from therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In a typical session, we'll engage in a combination of talk therapy and guided exercises to support you in pursuing your goals. I generally use a combination of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and internal family system.
