I have extensive experience working with teens, young adults, and adults who are neurodivergent, including those with autism, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, interpersonal and familial relationship struggles, attachment issues, and low self-esteem, as well as highly sensitive people. I utilize a multi-modal approach to tailor the therapeutic experience to each client's unique needs. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Grand Canyon University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively. Outside of work, I pride myself on being a mother to a rambunctious 6-year-old and two fur-babies, and a loving partner to my best friend-my boyfriend.
