Hello, I'm Sara. Are your family relationships too stressful and you just don't know what to do? Imagine working through your personal history of how you got to this point. Struggling to go on day after day when it seems too much. Come join me as we work through your frustrations together. Adults of all ages who are experiencing symptoms of a mood disorder and/or psychosis deserve a professional yet gentle and supportive approach. I believe diagnosis is one of my most well-developed skills. A correct diagnosis is important for clients who are symptomatic but have not been diagnosed by a medical or mental health professional. It is the first step in getting the treatment and support needed. I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW). My background includes working as a victim assistance professional for the Federal Bureau of Investigation and U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where I developed a deep understanding of the complexities faced by crime victims. This experience has enriched my practice, allowing me to guide clients toward useful resources and support systems. I specialize in treating anxiety, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, psychosis/schizophrenia, stress, and trauma. Whether you're dealing with the overwhelming stress of family relationships or navigating the challenges of a mood disorder, I'm here to help. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and collaborative environment where we work together to understand your experiences and develop strategies for moving forward. My approach is rooted in empathy and respect, ensuring that you feel heard and supported every step of the way. Let's get started on this journey together. Reach out, and let's begin the process of healing and growth.
