Life can be challenging and present us with stressful and difficult situations. I work with middle school age through young adults to help process and overcome these challenges. Together, we will work on learning ways to reduce and cope with stress, improve relationships with self and others, and find inner peace. My approach I use an integrative approach that is dependent on what will benefit each individual the most. I like to integrate sand tray, play, nature, and expressive arts. My focus I specialize in supporting teens and young adults navigate anxiety, panic attacks, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by school or work pressures, social challenges, or the uncertainty of your next steps, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we'll explore what’s holding you back, build confidence, and develop tools to help you thrive through change. My communication style I strive to create a personal therapeutic relationship that is empathetic, accepting, and encouraging. It is my priority to provide a safe and compassionate environment, so you can work through emotions without fear of judgment. My goals for you I create a supportive and collaborative space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I use evidence-based approaches, mindfulness, and strengths-based strategies to help build insight, develop coping skills, and create lasting change. Progress isn’t always linear, but I will walk alongside you, helping you stay grounded and empowered as you move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life. My first session with you The first session is all about getting to know each other. There’s no need to have all the answers, as many people come in just knowing they want to feel better. I encourage you to ask me any questions about therapy, about myself, or anything you're wondering. My goal is to make you feel heard, respected, and never judged.
