Sara has been very, very helpful in giving me the tools and support to unpack a lot of the events that lead to my C-PSTD. I really appreciate the mix of structure and flexibility she provides in our sessions, adjusting in real time how we'll spend the hour, depending on how my week went and what I need to talk about most.
