I have over three years of experience and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, identity struggles, trauma, ADHD, neurodevelopmental disorders, and relationship complexities. My therapeutic approach combines Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic-based techniques, which helps you reconnect with your body and emotions in a meaningful way. I work with people of all ages, genders, and ethnicities. My style is warm, adaptive, and supportive, and I trust that as we work together you’ll discover what feels congruent and true to you.
