"I am not afraid of storms, for I am learning how to sail my ship" (Jane Austin). You don't have to face life’s storms alone; support is here and together we will build the skills necessary to navigate life's complexities. When we meet, you can expect a warm, judgment-free environment where it feels safe to share what’s weighing on you and start gaining more clarity, insight, and self-awareness. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to truly listen, I’m here to help. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in North Carolina, with a Master’s Degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore and 18 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges. I specialize in helping adults experiencing managing career stress, parenting issues, relationship conflicts, and major life transitions. I believe you already have the ability to move forward—my role is to walk alongside you as you uncover your own answers and build confidence and trust in yourself. Together, we’ll focus on learning practical, evidence-based skills drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches. These tools are designed to help you reduce stress, improve communication, and handle life’s challenges with greater resilience and intention.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
