Getting to know Sarah Birdsill

You look like you're holding it all together, but inside you're exhausted. Maybe you're the one everyone depends on. You show up for work, your family, and everyone else, but lately you've been running on empty. Anxiety, stress, trauma, or burnout may be making it harder to enjoy life, and you're wondering how much longer you can keep pushing through. You don't have to carry it alone. I help adults who are overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in survival mode find lasting relief. Together, we'll work to quiet the constant stress, process difficult experiences, and help you reconnect with the person you want to be. My goal is to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more in control of your life, not just while you're in therapy, but long after. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and U.S. Air Force veteran, I understand what it's like to feel pressure to stay strong. My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches to help you create meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in helping adults experiencing anxiety and chronic stress, trauma and PTSD, depression, burnout and compassion fatigue, grief and life transitions, and relationship or caregiving challenges. You deserve a place where you don't have to pretend you're okay. If you're ready to feel lighter, regain your peace, and start enjoying life again, I'd love to help. I currently have daytime appointments available and would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
