Getting to know Sarah Birdsill

You're often the person others rely on. You take care of responsibilities, support the people around you, and keep moving forward even when you feel exhausted emotionally. From the outside, your life may appear stable and put together, but internally you may be struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, or feeling disconnected from yourself. You don’t have to keep carrying it all alone. I help adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in survival mode find relief and regain a sense of balance, confidence, and peace. Together, we work toward meaningful, lasting change so you can feel more grounded, more in control, and more like yourself again. As a licensed therapist and U.S. Air Force veteran, I understand the pressure of always needing to stay strong. My approach is warm, practical, and focused on helping you create real change in everyday life. I use evidence-based therapies including CBT, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches to help you better understand your experiences, process difficult emotions, and build healthy coping tools that truly work. I specialize in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and burnout. I also support clients navigating grief, relationship challenges, caregiving stress, and major life transitions. Therapy is a space where you can finally exhale without judgment, pressure, or feeling like you have to hold everything together. If you’re ready to start feeling better, I’d be honored to support you. I currently have daytime appointments available and welcome you to reach out to get started.
