“Sarah has been a pleasure to work with. Her professional yet warm demeanor sets a good tone for a productive therapy session. She does a great job of summarizing my stream of consciousness into concrete feelings that we work through. It makes me feel both validated and ready to tackle whatever I am dealing with.”

“Sarah is AWESOME! Having ADHD, I may talk about several different things, not necessarily related to our last session. Sarah listens, engages in the conversation but is also able to gently lead me back to what we’ve discussed the previous week. I never feel “cutoff”. If it’s something funny I’m saying/talking about, she also finds the humor in it and laughs along. Sarah is VERY GOOD at helping me to identify what an issue might be about - how I might be feeling or thinking in relation to a particular incident or just - I guess I’d say undercurrent or thread that might be or has been running through my life. She’s ALWAYS pleasant and calm. The “so what I’m hearing you say is….” method I works very well for me. I look forward to our sessions and at the end of our time, I feel positive always come away with some tools/ideas as that are solution oriented. Sarah is wonderful and I feel very lucky that she is my Therapist. She gets an A++ lol”

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I think this is one of the best therapist's I've ever had! As someone who is very self-aware and understanding of my own nature, she makes therapy more complex and helps me understand the whys of my mental health issues. Great therapist!
This is my first experience with therapy, and Sarah has quickly helped me understand what I am going through, educated me about it, and made me feel comfortable and confident in asking her questions and sharing my experiences
