Thanks so much for visiting my profile. A little about me: I grew up in the Indiana foster care system. It was a difficult childhood, which led to a lot of self-discovery and my desire to help others. After aging out of the system at 18, I went right into college, earning my Bachelor's in Social Work from Anderson University in 2003 and my Master's in Social Work from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis in 2004. I moved to Florida in 2005 to begin a new life and career and to be near the water. I am married, and we are proud parents of a toy poodle named Lilly. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients ages 0 to 104. My work includes providing counseling services for children and adults; care management for at-risk children who were removed or at risk of being removed from their homes; hospice care for children and adults; dialysis care for ESRD and CKD patients; care management for severely mentally ill clients; and running a solo private practice.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
