My focus is working with adults, aged 18 and older, who are ready to embrace the journey toward freedom and healing. Specializing in Somatic, EMDR, IFS, Polyvagal, and CBT Approaches, I understand trauma is stored in the body and that healing requires treating both the mind and the body, and focusing on the innate parts of us that have allowed us to be resilient through traumatic experiences or the everyday stressors of life that can also provide us the opportunity to heal. While it can be vulnerable and scary taking the next step in your wellness journey, you don't have to go at it alone. The hardest part is often reaching out for support, so in taking that step you're displaying your resilience and accomplishing one step toward healing and freedom.
