I use a variety of techniques from CBT, DBT, Buddhist Psychology, AIP/EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and even Transactional Analysis. My clients tend to say I'm down-to-earth, candid, and very helpful. I think I'm compassionate and accurate. I look forward to helping you with this journey into your mental health!

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
