Sarah Lesniak, LSW, views the therapeutic process as a collaborative relationship. She meets clients halfway if they are willing to meet her halfway. Sarah treats clients as people, not their disorders, and strives to provide a safe, comfortable space for them to open up.
Sarah earned a Master's in Social Work from the University of St. Francis and has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and PTSD.
In therapy, Sarah uses DBT, ACT, CBT, and motivational interviewing to support clients through the recovery process. She also provides homework to help clients continue progressing outside of sessions. In every situation, Sarah is compassionate, supportive, and dedicated to helping clients get the care they need.
