Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida, currently residing in beautiful upstate New York, and have been providing therapy since 2012. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. I have had the pleasure of working with many populations, including inpatient, psychosocial rehabilitation, private practice, substance abuse treatment programs, and correctional facilities. I have a passion for working with people who have experienced trauma and regularly utilize EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, along with other modalities such as CBT and DBT, to best assist patients in feeling safe, secure, and loved.
What should a new client know about working with you?
You can anticipate feeling heard during our session, as well as learning new skills that you can implement immediately to best assist you in handling symptoms and life challenges. I always want you to leave with a plan in place, and have confidence in what that looks like.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
