“Extremely attentive listener. Her willingness to share small snapshots of her own experiences as someone else with ADHD with children with ADHD has helped me maintain perspective and empathize many times. Willing to let me talk for very long stints as long as I'm circling in towards a realization or goal. Patient with me while I take extensive notes during our sessions. Flexible and caring regarding schedule and family issues. Finds ways to return to important growth points and realizations in different ways from session to session without harping or beating them to death; ties them in to whatever topic is at hand in our discussions. Doesn't shy away from challenging me and faulty reasoning/magical thinking/false binaries/logical leaps when needed, but does so with warmth and the intent of helping me notice things I hadn't noticed before. Great at and about sharing resources (worksheets, quotes, books, etc.) that she thinks I might find relevant.”

“Sarah is an absolutely wonderful therapist. Prior to her I was seeing someone that I felt just kind of missed who I was as a person, but once I met Sarah.. game changer. I feel like she gets me and is always excited to learn more about me so that she can help me heal and grow into a better version of me. She reminds me of a best friend, who will tell it to you straight but also listens to what you're really saying (or not saying), and she helps you identify and navigate your feelings in a healthy way. I could not recommend her enough. Honestly, if you're looking for someone who is genuine, uplifting, empowering, and willing to work with you on you and the way you(your brain) work(s)... look no further. She has been such a pleasure to work with and I look forward to our future sessions.”

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

I worked with Sarah a while back and unfortunately had to stop seeing her due to changes in my schedule, but when I got different availability I found her again and couldn't be happier. She is such a wonderful therapist!
