“Sarah has been amazing! I was really not sure about starting with a new therapist but she is so supportive she makes the experience easy. She really listens and I feel so supported. She is very laid back and kind... I felt comfortable immediately and she has helped me so much. My only regret is not finding her sooner.”

I received a master's in counseling from the University of North Texas, where I studied play therapy, family counseling, and child and adolescent counseling. I draw from my experience in residential treatment, domestic violence, oncology, adoption/foster care, and a local children's hospital. I hold a license as a professional counselor in Texas and a license as a mental health counselor in Washington State. Additionally, I am a registered play therapist, a licensed counseling supervisor, and a counseling adjunct professor.
