Getting to know Sarah Sack

Hello and welcome! Asking for help is no small feat, and your being here means you are taking that courageous first step toward your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being! My name is Sarah, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California. I am experienced in working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues and codependency, low self-esteem, identity, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I take a whole person approach to help you gain the hope, skills, and confidence to navigate life's challenges, make meaningful change, and manage your mental health and well-being successfully. Together we can work to build the bridge from where you are now to a life with more joy, resilience, and possibility. You are no less worthy than anyone else of a full and meaningful life, and I believe that wholeheartedly. I am here to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to find growth and healing. I will meet you where you are at, remain open and curious about your experiences, and partner with you to identify and work towards your goals. I believe in the healing power of showing up authentically, creating a trusting relationship with you, and even sharing some laughs along the way.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You can expect a caring, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to find growth and healing. In our first session we will get to know each other, review your history and what brought you to therapy, and explore your expectations from us working together. I offer a safe and accepting container where we can dig deep to explore and challenge the hard stuff, and celebrate the wins together as well. My sessions are grounded in building insight to help you understand the roots of your distress, and developing practical skills and strategies to work toward your goals. I also sometimes provide worksheets and recommend supporting resources to enhance the work we do in session.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
