I believe that you are the expert in your own life and growth is always possible, which is why I’m passionate about being an active partner who helps you step into your most authentic self. I attune my intervention approaches to your specific needs while most often utilizing existential, attachment, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and strength-based approaches to achieve your goals for growth and work toward your most fulfilling life. If seeking couples therapy, I utilize Gottman and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approaches most often. If seeking therapy for your child, I have a background in play therapy, including attachment play therapy approaches.
