I believe therapy is a partnership a place where we work together to explore whats holding you back and discover practical ways to help you grow, heal, and move toward the life you want. With over 35 years of experience, Ive worked with individuals, couples, and families facing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, health concerns, and womens issues. In addition to my clinical work, Ive trained physicians on business protocols, facilitated health education programs, delivered wellness presentations, and provided student advising and counseling. My approach is compassionate, downtoearth, and collaborative. I tailor each session to your unique needs, blending support and gentle challenge to help you uncover your strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
