Hi there, I'm Savannah! I am a licensed professional counselor in Virginia, Missouri, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the District of Columbia, and Maine. I provide therapy to individuals, families, and couples through various modalities. I work with clients to find the treatment that best helps them reach their goals. I earned my Master’s in Marriage and Family Counseling from Webster University, which provided a strong foundation for my work with diverse clients. My approach I have training in DBT, CBT, EMDR, and continue to grow my therapeutic knowledge through self-training and clinical training. My focus I work with individuals aged 13 to 99, couples, and families. I treat anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ADHD, trauma, stress management, and more. My communication style I provide a laid-back environment for therapy, creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable discussing any concerns. My journey to mental healthcare I was fortunate to work with an amazing therapist during a difficult time, learning skills that helped me become my best self. This inspired me to pursue counseling. I love helping people become their best selves. Everyone needs someone to talk to during stressful times, and I’m honored to be that person. My goals for you I find setting goals valuable and discuss this during the first session. I believe in setting small, achievable goals that lead to long-term success.
