My focus Those of us who experience anxiety, depressed mood/suicidal ideation, trauma, or feel stuck deserve a space to be heard, affirmed, and accepted as we are. I hope to create this space with you by being intentional in how I speak and explore your stories, supporting you to create your own solutions, all while boosting your self-confidence. My communication style The therapeutic space (our virtual meeting room) can hold emotional conversations, explorations of past experiences, confusion on next steps, and exciting progress, too. I strive to create a welcoming place for you to show up as you are and discuss what you think is best to review each time we meet. I will seek your feedback on our work together. My journey to mental healthcare I became a mental health provider due to personal experiences and a desire to help others. I have used professional help when I needed it, and I am proud that I did!
