I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, low self-worth, trauma, boundary setting, and challenging family dynamics. I also support those struggling with communication issues, emotional disconnection, and conflict resolution. Many of my clients come to me feeling unseen or overwhelmed by unresolved experiences, life transitions, or relational stress. Together, we create a collaborative, supportive environment where you can build clarity, coping skills, and resilience.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
My approach is warm, intuitive, and client-centered. I focus on building trust and safety so that you feel comfortable opening up at your own pace. From there, we work together to understand your unique experiences, explore your goals, and empower you with tools for healing and growth. Clients who work with me often leave therapy feeling more grounded, self-aware, and capable of navigating life’s challenges with confidence.
