You are stronger and more resilient than you know. Counseling often involves re-sculpting our mind and behavior into healthier modes of being. We must allow ourselves the grace and openness to recognize and embrace our full potential. I believe people are inherently good. Because of our uniqueness, I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counseling as everyone experiences depression, anxiety, anger, grief, or trauma in their own way. I look forward to working with you. I hold an MA and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My specialties include addiction, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anger management, antisocial behavior, anxiety, depression, family relationships, life transitions, spirituality, and stress.
