My goal is to be a collaborative partner and a support as we navigate through the process of self-discovery, recovery, and healing. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and have worked for five years as a mental health counselor. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University in 2019. I began working in a helping profession over 10 years ago. Before that, I worked in education, teaching art and photography. From my role as an instructor, I knew I loved working with people, and helping them work toward their goals became my passion.
