If you have ever felt like you are going to crawl out of your skin, if you feel isolated, depressed, anxious and hopeless you have come to the right person and place. You are stronger and more resilient than you know. I am a Solution Focused strength-based therapist who believes moving forward is the direction we want to go.

Counseling often involves re-sculpting of our mind and behavior into healthier modes of being. We must allow ourselves the grace and openness to recognize and embrace our full potential. Come along, and together, let's navigate the path of new beginnings and tap into the awesomeness that is you. I believe people are inherently good. Because of our uniqueness, I believe that there is no one size fits all approach to counseling as everyone experiences depression, anxiety, anger, grief, or trauma in their way.
