I work in many areas with my specialty being EMDR therapy which has been highly researched and is evidence based as the most effective therapy for PTSD. I bring a lot of life experience to counseling, especially trauma/crisis issues for First Responders/Veterans. My focus is to walk this journey with you and resolve your therapeutic challenges and achieve your goals so that you may put your past in your past and have a renewed sense of self.
