Getting to know Sean Ellison

I am a licensed therapist with Meru Health. In just 12 weeks, the duration of our program, you will build skills to reduce stress, alleviate anxiety, and better manage uncomfortable emotions. I'll support you through unlimited chat messaging and scheduled video calls throughout this journey. I enjoy working with patients of different cultures, races, and ethnicities. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming provider and hope to offer a welcoming space for all clients. I have worked with patients suffering from a variety of psychiatric illnesses and draw from a number of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I use a blend of these modalities to meet clients where they are and guide them to a better quality of life. I earned my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University and hold a Bachelor's degree from New England College. Outside of work, I enjoy being active, traveling, playing and watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
