What should a new client know about working with you?

As a South Asian therapist, I understand the cultural nuances, pressures, and stigmas that often shape mental health experiences within South Asian families. I help bridge generational and cultural gaps, supporting clients who may be navigating identity concerns, academic expectations, or family conflict. My goal is to create a safe, culturally responsive environment where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. My approach is compassionate and individualized, focused on empowering each person to overcome obstacles and discover their own strengths.
