In a world full of current events that shape the ways we coexist as human beings, we often lack safe spaces to be vulnerable. Most often, struggles with depression, anxiety, concentration, toxic workplaces, trauma, experiences with racism, and other stressors are not openly discussed, creating deeply rooted feelings of loneliness and isolation. The hardest thing is often asking for help, confiding in someone, and talking about how you feel. The beauty of therapy is that it provides this safe space to work through and discuss these issues, recognize how they affect different parts of your life, and work to address them. I intend to build a safe space for clients to explore and unpack feelings, thoughts, and experiences. My education, including a Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California, and my life experiences as a child of immigrants, a woman of color, and a first-generation individual, give me a unique perspective and approach to engaging in dialogue that provides clients the space to reflect on their life, not teach about it. I hope to work with you on your journey to liberation in the way you see most fit. Let's work together to talk about the ugly parts of life that we are either culturally or socially expected to remain silent about. Therapy is a collaborative effort. Let's team up to work toward building a better you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect to take away challenging and thought-provoking questions that relate to the issues in their life. I want to create a collaborative space that pushes clients to apply some of the ideas we discuss in therapy to their daily life. The best form of therapy is the one that allows you to implement change realistically.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
